I have been working in the ICT industry for over ten years and I  have specialised in educational ICT support for primary schools, small business  and home use for over seven years.  As a Microsoft Certified Professional I have an excellent working knowledge of  business needs and requirements.  I have successfully designed maintained and implemented Windows 2003 and 2008 Server networks and 2000,XP,Vista and Windows 7 workstation environments at different locations and have been responsible for every aspect of ICT.
